Los Chavez
Los Chavez is another of the Rio Grande Valley's historic old settlements. Lying just west of the river, in the valley between Los Lunas and Belen, the area is homes to some small, older homes as well as newer custom-built horse properties. Prices vary wildly, from some homes offered under $50,000, to fabulous landed equestrian estates that bring far over $500,000.
